Minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12) essential
\n\t2 to 3 years\u2019 Hostess\/Reception experience, preferably in retail\/ FMCG or Hospitality\u00a0
\n\tRelevant tertiary qualification advantageous
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and own vehicle
\n\tMS Office literate
\n\tCustomer service
\n\tExcellent communication skills, with good spoken English skills
\n\tListening skills
\n\tInterpersonal and people skills
\n\tAttention to detail and thoroughness
\n\tAbility to work flawlessly and effortless under stress and pressure
\n\tPossess pleasant personality and enthusiastic attitude
\n\tPossess vibrant attitude towards customer service
\n\tClassic, elegant and sophisticated in appearance and demeanor
\n\tHigh levels of professionalism and confidentiality
