\tWe seek an experienced and hands-on Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions within our banking environment.
\n\tThis role requires leadership and deep technical expertise to deliver secure, scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.
\n\tYou will be responsible for hands-on development, guiding the team, and ensuring solutions align with our business and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Job Description\/Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tA Lead Salesforce Developer, provides Salesforce solutions that efficiently and effectively solve complex business capabilities and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products.<\/p>\n

\n\tDevelop

\n\tManage Development Lifecycle
\n\tLead requirement analysis
\n\tSprint planning
\n\tTeam Management
\n\tOwnership of timelines
\n\tPerform Reviews
\n\tCollaboratively works within squads during design & delivery.
\n\tLead the design and hands-on development of Salesforce applications, ensuring high-quality solutions tailored to banking needs.
\n\tActively develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.
\n\tProvide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and conduct code reviews.
\n\tDevelop and maintain integrations with banking systems and third-party tools using REST, SOAP, and middleware solutions.
\n\tCollaborate with stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into technical designs.
\n\tManage Salesforce environments, including sandbox setup, deployments, and system optimization.
\n\tEnsure compliance with banking regulations and security standards in all Salesforce implementations.
\n\tOversee data modelling, workflows, automation processes, and access controls in Salesforce.<\/p>\n
Background and experience required:<\/p>\n
\tYears of experience: 7+
\n\tIndustry experience: 5+
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in information technologies\/computer science, Engineering\/science, or a related field.
\n\tSalesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I\/II or Salesforce System Architect (preferred).
\n\tMinimum of 5-7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
\n\tExpertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL\/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
\n\tProven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
\n\tFamiliarity with DevOps tools and CI\/CD practices for Salesforce deployments. Experience in Branching and merging strategies.
\n\tExperience working within regulated industries such as banking or finance (preferred).<\/p>\n
