We’re looking for a highly analytical Solution Analyst to support ongoing enhancements across a suite of branch and retail banking systems. You\u2019ll work closely with multiple stakeholders to design, document, and translate business requirements into scalable, integrated technical solutions.

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAnalyse and document system integration impacts across multiple banking platforms
\n\tTranslate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
\n\tDesign and enhance APIs for internal banking applications
\n\tWork across cross-functional teams including devs, testers, infrastructure, and risk
\n\tSupport testing teams by reviewing scripts and validating results
\n\tFacilitate workshops and present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
\n\tDrive clarity between business rules and system functionality<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t5 years\u2019 experience as a Solution Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
\n\tStrong SQL and database design knowledge
\n\tFamiliar with object-oriented design, web services, and SOA
\n\tSkilled in reading code \/ writing pseudo code for spec purposes
\n\tAdvanced understanding of ERDs, process flows, sequence diagrams, and use cases
\n\tExperience with tools like Visio, Draw.io, JIRA, and Confluence
\n\tKnowledge of Agile delivery methods and SDLC best practices
\n\tStrong investigative and analytical problem-solving skills<\/p>\n
Advantageous:<\/p>\n
\tYou’ve worked in a banking or financial services environment
\n\tYou understand how core banking systems interact with digital platforms
\n\tYou’re comfortable navigating complex enterprise structures and stakeholder groups<\/p>\n
