Job Objectives:<\/p>\n
\tFault-finding and diagnosis on Volvo Products by interpreting product \u201cunder performance\u201d and\/or failure.
\n\tInterpret and implement information in Volvo Manual and Service Literature.
\n\tBy following directives provided in Workshop Manuals, produce work of Volvo acceptable standards.
\n\tFollow repair, maintenance instructions and specifications as per the manual.
\n\tEnsure excellence in customer service delivery through meticulously following procedures\/processes.
\n\tProvide comprehensive and accurate reports on diagnosis, assessment of component\/part, failures, observations, actions and recommendations.
\n\tFollow procedures for breakdown work:
\n\tLiaise with driver before responding to customer breakdowns;
\n\tEnsure the correct documentation is in place and accurately completed before submission.
\n\tCompliance to ISO 9001 and other Safety standards.<\/p>\n
Qualification & Job Experience<\/p>\n
\tMatric\/N3.
\n\tTrade Test Certificate – Qualified Diesel Mechanic.
\n\t3 years Dealership experience in maintenance and repairs of heavy commercial vehicles.<\/p>\n
