Job Summary:<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst \/ Industrial Engineer to join our Technology team in a fast-paced logistics environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business operations and technical teams. This role involves gathering and defining user requirements, implementing low-code\/no-code solutions, developing dashboards and reports, and participating in quality assurance efforts to ensure solution effectiveness and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tRequirements Gathering & Analysis
\n\tEngage with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, workflows, and pain points
\n\tAnalyse current business processes and recommend optimizations using data-driven insights
\n\tSupport continuous improvement initiatives
\n\tTranslate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development team or low-code\/no-code implementation
\n\tSupport in the design of scalable and user-friendly tech solutions tailored to logistics operations
\n\tStakeholder engagement post go-live to ensure value realisation of solutions
\n\tSolution Implementation
\n\tDesign, build, and deploy solutions using low-code\/no-code platforms
\n\tAutomate workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency
\n\tReporting & Dashboards
\n\tDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards
\n\tEnsure data accuracy and visibility to support decision-making across departments
\n\tEffectively communicate complex analysis in easy-to-understand dashboards
\n\tQuality Assurance
\n\tAssist in creating test plans and performing functional and user acceptance testing (UAT)
\n\tCollaborate with technical teams to resolve bugs and ensure alignment with user expectations<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology\/Systems, or a related field<\/p>\n
Preferred Skills & Tools:<\/p>\n
\tBasic SQL or data manipulation knowledge
\n\tBasic programming knowledge
\n\tExperience with low-code\/no-code platforms advantageous
\n\tExperience in reporting and dashboarding tools advantageous
\n\tStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
\n\tExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities<\/p>\n
