Requirements

\t6 months relevant experience<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCreate job cards.
\n\tCreate pro-forma invoices for job cards.
\n\tCreate orders for external vendors on job cards.
\n\tDeposit daily bank.
\n\tEnsure the risk file (GMR) is up to date and all forms are signed off.
\n\tBuild and maintain sound relationships with internal and external clients and promptly respond to\/resolve client queries.<\/p>\n
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE\/ COMPETENCIES \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBasic knowledge of workshop administration
\n\tComputer literacy (MS Office)
