This may include securing premises by monitoring surveillance equipment or by patrolling activities. The VIP officers are expected to prevent loss and theft and report any irregularities or suspicious acts.<\/p>\n<p>With Hollywoodbets You Will:<\/p>\n<p>\tInnovate and create as part of a like-minded, authentic Team eager to achieve goals.<br \/>\n\tEmbrace challenges and the thrill of working in a vibrant and fast-paced industry.<br \/>\n\tGrow with our development plans and culture that allows you to further your career.<\/p>\n<p>What you bring:<\/p>\n<p>What do you bring to the table:<\/p>\n<p>\tPrevious Security experience.<br \/>\n\tRegistered with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority).<\/p>\n<p>A Bonus To Have:<\/p>\n<p>\tValid driver\u2019s license.<br \/>\n\tMatric<\/p>\n<p>What You\u2019ll Do For The Brand:<\/p>\n<p>Duties<\/p>\n<p>\tVIPs must be present 15 minutes before the branch opens.<br \/>\n\tBranch Manager\/ Senior Team leader will open branch in the presence of the VIP Officer.<br \/>\n\tVIP Officer needs to ensure they conduct a perimeter patrol before the branch opens<br \/>\n\tVIP need to check around the premises for any suspicious movements before the branch is opened<br \/>\n\tVIP Officer needs to be extremely vigilant and alert at all times of their surrounds before the opening\/ closing of the branch.<br \/>\n\tVIP Officer needs to conduct a floor walk once branch is open, to observe all is order.<br \/>\n\tVIP officer must valid all observation checks are completed before the Branch Manager \/ Senior Team Leader continues with their daily checks.<br \/>\n\tDuring opening and closing, one VIP must be positioned away from the entrance, observing his\/her colleague and checking for potential danger.<br \/>\n\tPatrolling should include inside and outside the branch entrance, back areas and all parking areas.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all two way radios are fully charged, for early morning usage. Report faulty equipment immediately.<br \/>\n\tCharge the batteries overnight so that they are useable from the beginning of your shift.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all panic button and two way radios are in good working conditions and keep safely.<br \/>\n\tVIP Officers must carrying their panic buttons, two way radios and earpieces to ensure open communication and ease of access in the event of an emergency .<br \/>\n\tThe VIP Officer that is posted to the searching zone must use the scanner to search all guest entering the branch including team members.<br \/>\n\tEnsure at the searching zone the branch door or the gate is always kept close.<br \/>\n\tVIP Officers are not allowed to cross gender scan guest entering the branch.<br \/>\n\tMale guest must be scanned by only male VIP Officers, female guest to be scanned by only female VIP\u2019s.<br \/>\n\tVIP Officers must ensure to search female bags with a stick. Male guest are not allowed to bring in their bags.<br \/>\n\tVIP Officer is to direct traffic on our premises and ensure the free flow of foot traffic and to control the amount of vehicles entering and exiting the building.<br \/>\n\tEnd of day closing procedure, VIP Officer must minimise entry by sliding close one door to ensure security of minimising high risk.<br \/>\n\tVIP Officers must attend branch meeting when notified by the Branch Manager to attend.<br \/>\n\tVIPs to assist when receiving stock, doing alarm test and submitting of daily report every morning by 10:00am<\/p>\n<p>Guest Service<\/p>\n<p>\tFirst impressions last &#8211; VIP Officers are at the forefront of Hollywood.<br \/>\n\tVIP Officers are the first encounter with the guest.<br \/>\n\tEnsure to make the impression by greeting the Guest with \u201cGood day, welcome to Hollywood\u201d<br \/>\n\tEnsure to provide good guest service by being friendly, helpful, polite and courteous at all times.<br \/>\n\tPro-actively address guest complaints and ensure guest feedback is communicated clearly in an effective and positive manner.<br \/>\n\tCreate a guest centric culture within the branch and drive the philosophy of \u201cservice with a smile\u201d at all times.<br \/>\n\tEnsure to treating our guest with respect and have the good attitude at all times.<br \/>\n\tWhen Guest are leaving the branch VIP Officer to wish the guest good evening or good night and ask them tocome again. \u201cGood Bye Sir, please come again.<\/p>\n<p>Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\tVIP Offices must ensure they are dressed in full Amadoda uniforms with their name badges before the beginning of their shift. (black shoes, black socks and white vet only)<br \/>\n\tScan all persons entering the premises including team members.<br \/>\n\tBe observant of guest leaving the branch, identify if they entered the branch with something you noticed and are leaving without that object.<br \/>\n\tNo bags are allowed inside the premises.<br \/>\n\tNo Weapons\/Guns are allowed into the premises (except on an official law enforcement officer).<br \/>\n\tNo person under the age of 18 is allowed into the premises.<br \/>\n\tIf you are dealing with a difficult customer contact your colleagues and press the panic button before the situation escalates out of control.<br \/>\n\tIn ranches with no liquor licence, No alcohol is allowed on the premises.<br \/>\n\tCredit bets are not allowed to be taken by any team member.<br \/>\n\tVIP Officer on duty are not allow to take bets with Amadoda uniform.<br \/>\n\tVIP Officers on duty are not allowed to utilize the Limited pay-out machine.<\/p>\n<p>Code of Conduct<\/p>\n<p>\tWhile on duty you will not sit or lounge, make use of your cell phone or eat.<br \/>\n\tNo smoking on duty.<br \/>\n\tYou will not report for duty under the influence of alcohol.<br \/>\n\tYou will not abandon your post. This could lead to disciplinary action against you.<br \/>\n\tYou are not allowed to sleep on duty.
