\tWe\u2019re looking for a Systems Support team member in our technology team.
\n\tYou\u2019d be providing first level support for our Finance Business Applications by investigating errors encountered in the application and the database.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Responsibilities
\nIncident Management \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure the timeous and effective response to first line support queries & problems to resolve issues arising from the use of applications and escalate queries where the issue cannot be resolved.
\n\tAnalyse trends in incidences reported & resolved to provide insights to developers and IT teams on areas of concern or repeated problems within applications or systems
\n\tDocument the process applied and resolution used to resolve incidences to maintain a library of knowledge to be shared with support & IT teams
\n\tEnsure incidents are resolved as per SLA agreement \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
Risk Management <\/p>\n
\tEnsure Access and Master data \u00a0to all applications are managed accurately\u00a0
\n\tProactively review all environments to ensure the mitigation of risks\u00a0
\n\tAddress risks identified by internal and external audit .
\n\tEnsuring compliance with best practice and standards \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Customer and Stakeholder Management \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBuild a sustainable working relationship with customers to ensure good customer service
\n\tWork with both internal and external teams to drive root cause resolution of incidents logged
\n\tApplication Environment Monitoring \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tDaily monitoring of our Application Environment and Integrations between applications
\n\tWeekly\/Monthly\/Quarterly\/Half Year\/Annual Systems Tasks monitored and actioned \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tRelevant IT Diploma or Degree
\n\t1+ Year experience in a finance support environment with strong skills in\u00a0
\n\tFinancial systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
\n\tSQL & Data Analysis
\n\tMicrosoft Excel<\/p>\n
