Requirements
\nExperience and Qualifications Required<\/p>\n
\tProven track record of success in a similar role with a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development and sale Formal recommendations will be beneficial.
\n\t2-3Years\u2019 Experience in Office Automation, Software, Access Control, Alternative Energy, CCTV and Voice and Data.<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and prospect potential sales opportunities.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with businesses to understand their business needs and position Nashua products\/services as the solution.
\n\tDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
\n\tCompile and deliver detailed sales proposals.
\n\tPresenting and demonstrating products and services.
\n\tProject accurate forecast, prospects and report on accurate customer requirements.
\n\tEnsure all relevant process documents are accurate and completed.
\n\tWork closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
\n\tMaintain and update the CRM platform daily.
\n\tLearning and improving sales skills and knowledge.
\n\tConduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry and technological trends.
\n\tComplete required and additional training in order to have product knowledge.
\n\tComplying with company policies and regulations.
\n\tTasks performed by the sales representative include but are not limited to:
\n\tTravelling will be required to identify and reach out to potential clients during visits and direct customer engagement.
\n\tManaging customer relationships.
\n\tAdministration relevant to the sales cycle and daily operations.
\n\tInvestigate and validate reports.
\n\tCompile accurate report on daily operations.
\n\tSupport and collaborate with other departments.
\n\tCustomer queries and complaints.
\n\tSales Product and service presentations and negotiations.<\/p>\n

\tFully computer literate.
\n\tExcellent telephonic and face to face customer skills.
\n\tPresentable.
\n\tStrong negotiation skills.
\n\tExcellent presentation, planning and organizational skills.
\n\tSelf-driven, motivated, innovative and a team player.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and own reliable transport is essential.
