About the Role:<\/p>\n
\tAs the Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of the CEO\u2019s office, ensuring seamless operations through:
\n\tAdministrative Support: Managing travel, Forex, purchasing authorizations, and more.
\n\tSecretarial Duties: Handling communications, scheduling, minute-taking, and board meeting preparations.
\n\tInsurance & Imports Management: Overseeing vehicle insurance, marine cover, and import payment processes.
\n\tEvent Coordination: Organizing company-wide events, including Indabas and trade fairs.
\n\tStrategic Collaboration: Working closely with executives and teams to uphold company standards.<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Legal Secretarial\/Paralegal or equivalent.
\n\t5+ years of experience in a similar role.
\n\tExpertise in Microsoft Office and office management practices.
\n\tExceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\n\tFluency in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written).
\n\tHigh emotional intelligence and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.<\/p>\n
