Key Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPlan, implement and evaluate promotional activities to drive brand presence and market penetration
\n\tCoordinate and manage sales agents
\n\tFollow a structured cyclical and monthly call cycle, ensuring efficient coverage of targeted outlets
\n\tDrive market share growth of promoted products within the allocated territory
\n\tMeet call activity standards and ensure optimal frequency of visits to key customers
\n\tEnsure correct product ranging and execution based on individual customer profiles
\n\tAnalyse performance trends and identify areas requiring additional promotional focus
\n\tIdentify in-store opportunities through regular visits and build effective in-store relationships, including execution of ad hoc displays
\n\tDirect and manage third-party sales agents to execute agreed sales strategies and plans
\n\tCoordinate and facilitate product and promotional training sessions in alignment with marketing<\/p>\n

\tGrade 12 certificate<\/p>\n

\tValid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
\n\tMinimum 2 years experience in field sales coordination or a similar role within the FMCG industry
\n\tAbility to manage third-party teams and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
