The successful candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tEffectively managing, monitoring, troubleshooting and optimizing of ICT systems, network infrastructure and components to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
\n\tPlanning, implementing, developing, upgrading, maintaining and supporting IT business applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and operational needs, and contribute to the efficient delivery of services while adhering to best security practices to ensure optimal confidentiality, integrity and availability
\n\tAssisting with overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the ICT department with regards to routine daily support, maintenance & related administrative duties
\n\tManaging and maintaining the SDWAN Network infrastructure, including configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure optimal network performance and security
\n\tEffectively collaborate with the Cyber Security Manager to implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including threat detection, incident response and vulnerability management<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
\tTertiary qualification in a related field
\n\tCertification in\u00a0MCSE, CompTIA Network, Security and\/or Azure & AWS (advantageous)
\n\t3 years\u2019 experience in a Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer role<\/p>\n
Experience with the following:<\/p>\n
\tnetwork setup including VLAN and advanced routing, monitoring and administration
\n\tsupporting various Microsoft Office packages
\n\tsetting up and maintaining backup and recovery systems
\n\tinstallation, trouble shooting and conducting repairs on Windows Operating Systems
\n\tWindows Server environments
\n\tadvanced Windows Management (AD, DHCP, DNS, NPS management)
\n\tExposure to cloud-based hosting and backup services
\n\tIntermediate to advanced level of knowledge related to Networking
\n\tUnderstanding and experience with SDWAN configurations and troubleshooting (advantageous)
\n\tPractical knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like ISO 27001 (advantageous)
\n\tKnowledge relating to computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules and peripherals (advantageous)<\/p>\n
