Main purpose of role<\/p>\n
\tThe main purpose of the role is to gain new business in the market as well as maintain new business secured whilst increasing the logistics spend of each customer.
\n\tAbility to compile rates proposals\/Estimates and presentations.
\n\tAbility to conduct customer implementation.
\n\tAll administrative functions within the sales environment. Eg: Estimates and rates proposals<\/p>\n
Duties and responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAttend and complete the designated training for this program
\n\tExecutive level engagement
\n\tOperational implementation of new business signed.
\n\tContract negotiations
\n\tProfit maximization
\n\tTender, proposal and contract development
\n\tStakeholder account and relationship management
\n\tBusiness value propositions
\n\tConsultative selling
\n\tOpportunity analysis and qualification
\n\tFulfill reporting requirements including but not limited to CRM Tool management<\/p>\n
Job related requirements.<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 3 \u2013 5 years C&F sales experience with exposure to both Air and Ocean products.
\n\tExposure to Reefer\/Perishable products will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
