{"id":9730,"date":"2025-05-06T23:54:03","date_gmt":"2025-05-06T23:54:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/inside-sales-manager\/"},"modified":"2025-08-04T00:24:09","modified_gmt":"2025-08-04T00:24:09","slug":"inside-sales-manager","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/?post_type=job_listing&p=9730","title":{"rendered":"Inside Sales Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Opportunity<\/p>\n<p>\tAs the Inside Sales Manager you will lead and manage three dynamic phone-based teams: Inbound Sales, Customer Success and Cross-sell.<br \/>\n\tThis role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase customer retention, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.<br \/>\n\tThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team<\/p>\n<p>What you will be doing<\/p>\n<p>\tLeading &amp; Developing a High-Performance Team \u2013 Manage and mentor Inbound Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success &amp; Cross-sell teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.<br \/>\n\tOwning the Sales Cycle \u2013 Oversee lead generation, pipeline management, closing deals, and upselling opportunities to grow our customer base.<br \/>\n\tDriving Customer Success &amp; Retention \u2013 Ensure clients achieve their business goals using our payment solutions, strengthening long-term partnerships.<br \/>\n\tLeveraging Data &amp; Insights \u2013 Use analytics and CRM tools to optimize sales processes, track performance, and implement winning strategies.<br \/>\n\tStaying Ahead of Market Trends \u2013 Keep up with industry shifts, competitor movements, and fintech advancements to refine your approach.<br \/>\n\tInnovating &amp; Scaling \u2013 Explore new sales tactics, refine methodologies, and continuously improve team performance.<\/p>\n<p>Inbound Sales:<\/p>\n<p>\tOversee the inbound sales team to ensure efficient handling of all incoming leads<br \/>\n\tImplement strategies to convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities<br \/>\n\tMonitor and analyse team performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed goals.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Success &amp; Cross-sell:<\/p>\n<p>\tUnder the guidance of the Customer Value Management team:-<br \/>\n\tManage the customer success team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and implement cross-sell and up-sell strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.<br \/>\n\tMonitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.<\/p>\n<p>Strategic Planning and Execution:<\/p>\n<p>\tCollaborate with senior leadership to set sales goals and objectives.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and implement sales processes and best practices to streamline operations.<br \/>\n\tUtilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Systems, Reporting and Analysis:<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure appropriate systems are in place to deliver results in the most efficient and effective way possible<br \/>\n\tPrepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends.<br \/>\n\tProvide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.<br \/>\n\tPresent findings and strategic plans to senior management.<\/p>\n<p>About you<\/p>\n<p>\tYou\u2019re a strong people leader with a proven track record in solution selling, sales methodology implementation, and upskilling teams.
