Supercharge your career with us and be part of something extraordinary.<\/p>\n<p>Why we need you<\/p>\n<p>\tWe\u2019re on a mission to create extraordinary experiences for our customers, and we believe that your unique skills, passion and superdrive will help us achieve our vision.<br \/>\n\tAs a Risk Behaviour Analyst you\u2019ll be supporting the delivery of mitigating potential losses for the business associated with promotional, marketing, and gameplay strategies across both the casino and sports segments., covering focusing on marketing, promotions, and game logic, the analyst assesses the impacts on customer gameplay, leading to the identification, development, and implementation of strategies aimed at detecting and addressing suspicious activities in order to minimize potential financial losses. This will help us excel at protecting the business against acts of fraud to stay ahead of the game.<\/p>\n<p>What you\u2019ll be doing<\/p>\n<p>As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<p>Casino Advantage Management<\/p>\n<p>\tDetect and identify customers displaying behaviour which fall in line with gameplay profitability strategies<br \/>\n\tTrend analysis to identify group activity<br \/>\n\tInvestigate accounts and take the appropriate action<br \/>\n\tEnsure that adequate preventative and detective strategies are in place to mitigate loss<\/p>\n<p>Affiliate Management<\/p>\n<p>\tReview of new affiliate signups<br \/>\n\tMonitor and analyse affiliate traffic and revenue to detect any irregularities<br \/>\n\tAlert key stakeholders to affiliate profitability concerns<\/p>\n<p>Game Logic Monitoring<\/p>\n<p>\tUnderstand the workings of all games<br \/>\n\tKeep the department abreast of game features that present a potential risk<br \/>\n\tContinuous monitoring of profitability of games<br \/>\n\tEscalation of game malfunctions<\/p>\n<p>Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain accurate records of tasks and results with a focus on achievements and efficiency\u00a0<br \/>\n\tGroup activity reporting and compilation of Internal SARS<br \/>\n\tPrepare monthly reporting for submission to key stake holders<\/p>\n<p>Ad-hoc reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tAd-hoc<br \/>\n\tStaying abreast of and be the expert on industry changes in regards to both software and promotions<br \/>\n\tConstruction of rules to proactively reduce the risk of advantage gameplay to the business<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding Terms &amp; Conditions and recommend changes in line with investigation findings<br \/>\n\tMonitoring of social media discussions in relation to gameplay profitability strategies<br \/>\n\tContinuous development, implementation and enhancement of procedures, tools and systems<br \/>\n\tEnsure Policy and Process documents are up to date and stored for reference<br \/>\n\tEnsure that \u201ccheat sheets\u201d are compiled and available for reference<br \/>\n\tBe aware of and understand the Regulatory requirements pertaining to the various functions of the daily tasks<br \/>\n\tTo maintain and meet current SLA\u2019s<\/p>\n<p>Ad-hoc projects<\/p>\n<p>\tThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
