We are seeking a dynamic Senior Customer Experience Consultant to deliver exceptional service and act as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, resolve customer issues, and proactively communicate solutions to ensure a seamless experience. By building strong relationships and understanding customer needs, you\u2019ll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and supporting business growth.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tManage customer issues and engage relevant stakeholders as required to facilitate timely and effective solutions
\n\tEffective handling of escalated situations and complaints across several communication channels
\n\tWork with our extended Customer Experience team and ensure the smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle and high-quality service levels for our customer
\n\tDeliver proactive customer service – track shipments and notify customers of relevant deviations from the schedule, including potential solutions or alternatives
\n\tConstantly seek ways to improve our service and customer experience
\n\tAct as a primary contact for customers, you will actively build strong relationships and gain an understanding of their business, service needs and drivers
\n\tUse your relationship building skills and fantastic customer service to increase revenue, by growing our customers\u2019 business and promoting added value services<\/p>\n
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3 – 5 years of experience in customer experience and logistics, with a strong background in customer service and a proven track record of success.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a solid understanding of supply chain processes.
\n\tHas excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
\n\tAnalytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to use logic and methods to solve complex problems effectively.
\n\tQuick learner who adapts to new challenges, thrives in dynamic environments, and is comfortable managing multiple systems.
\n\tResults-driven, with experience working in high-performance KPI environments and strong commercial awareness.
\n\tSkilled at building rapport, navigating high-tension situations with diplomacy, and relating to diverse stakeholders.
\n\tFlexible, open to change, and committed to continual personal and professional development.
\n\tHighly organized and detail-oriented, capable of producing accurate and timely reporting.<\/p>\n
