\tPurpose is to sufficiently clean the plant according to Ecowize Standards, by following and taking full responsibility of the 10-Steps Cleaning Process.<\/p>\n
Summary of responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDaily perform the 10-steps of cleaning according to the food safety standards to produce a food-safe site.
\n\tMaintain a hygienic and safe working environment.
\n\tResponsible for all Operational activities related to daily cleaning (CIP and Deep Clean Processes).
\n\tMaintain a great customer relationship and meet customer expectations.
\n\tManage and daily tasks according to schedule.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nJob Requirements:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12.\u202f\u00a0
\n\tDeep Cleaning experience is essential.\u00a0
\n\tWet plant cleaning, further processing and Abattoir experience is advantageous.
\n\tAble and willing to work different shifts
\n\tChemical Stock control experience is essential.
\n\tAbility to follow and complete daily work instructions.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The successful incumbent must have the following skill sets:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMust be comfortable with the Ecowize culture and values. \u00a0
\n\tAble to work a strict shift position and willing to work over weekends.\u00a0
\n\tExperience in the food production industry.\u00a0
\n\tAbility to work in a dynamic work environment and meet deadlines.\u00a0
\n\tEnergetic and driven.\u00a0
\n\tGood communication skills.\u00a0
\n\tCustomer centric.<\/p>\n
