Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tTo supervise the Credit Control and E-Billing team, optimise debt collections, manage client accounts, ensure accurate and timely billing, and support financial reporting and compliance within a legal firm environment.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Minimum education (essential):<\/p>\n
\tDegree or Relevant Diploma in Finance<\/p>\n
Minimum applicable experience (years):<\/p>\n
\t5-7 years<\/p>\n
Required nature of experience:<\/p>\n
\tCredit control and collections within a legal or professional services firm
\n\tSupervision of finance staff or credit control team
\n\tProcessing client refunds, reconciliations, and invoice management
\n\tE-billing portals, trust accounting, and dealing with debt collection agencies<\/p>\n
Skills and Knowledge (essential):<\/p>\n
\tComputer literacy \u2013 MS Outlook, Word, Excel
\n\tStrong verbal and written communication
\n\tTime management and ability to meet deadlines
\n\tBasic accounting and accurate data capturing
\n\tE-billing knowledge (advantageous)
\n\tLegal firm accounting knowledge (advantageous)\u00a0<\/p>\n
