KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/p>\n
\tSupporting, maintaining, and managing key dealer systems, mainly focusing on customer experience systems.
\n\tCollaborating with stakeholders to understand business goals and requirements and translate them into project requirements.
\n\tConducting requirement elicitation sessions, documenting detailed business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
\n\tWorking closely with the development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
\n\tActing as the primary point of contact between development teams and stakeholders. Communicating updates, project timelines, and progress effectively and advocating for the customer in all project discussions and decisions.
\n\tExecuting digital strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the overall user experience.
\n\tGathering and incorporating stakeholder feedback into the development cycle.
\n\tAnalysing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making.
\n\tDeveloping project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and tracking project performance against objectives.
\n\tManaging the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
\n\tCoordination (meetings & events).<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tNQF Level 7 (Minimum 360 credits on level 8 framework) qualification in Information technology or equivalent qualification.
\n\tAt least 3 years\u2019 industry experience (i.e. product owner, business analysis or project management would be advantageous).
\n\tCustomer experience systems knowledge and experience \u2013 advantageous
\n\tAutomotive industry knowledge and experience \u2013 advantageous.
\n\tExcellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate at different levels.
\n\tAbility to manage various tasks with multiple time spans concurrently, respond to and manage changing priorities.<\/p>\n
