\n\tThe successful candidates will be responsible for managing iBranch online products with a focus on analyzing daily figures for various sports and products such as slots and other traditional casino games. The Ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining current betting platforms and introducing new features, solutions, analysis, and products in order to increase revenue and market share through online betting offerings.<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Do For The Brand:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain all current betting platforms (mobisite, website, USSD) by identifying shortfalls and introducing new features and solutions.
\n\tProvide overall leadership and direction in the development of betting platforms.
\n\tIdentify innovations and assessment of Competitors.
\n\tDevelop and drive software development project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases throughout implementation, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress and coordinating actions.
\n\tEnsure enhancement of the Mobisite, Website, Syx, refer a Friend, TUV and other Company products and Improve the functionality for the end users of these applications.
\n\tEvaluate consumer understanding and insights- Consumer experience with the Brand and possible enhancements where required.
\n\tCompetitor analysis reporting.
\n\tProject lead all product testing before releasing to live environment.
\n\tMarket awareness and strong Relationship Management abilities.
\n\tIdentify root causes of customer and audit queries and look at ways and initiatives to reduce specific customer\/audit queries where appropriate, based on the nature of the query.
\n\tAny other ad hoc duties that might be required.
\n\tCommunicate with departments to identify work shortfalls and areas where the development team can assist in improving work processes.
\n\tAssist and advise the developers and software architects on how an application should work, what needs are to be met and dictate the flow and user interface to determine what the users must see by providing them with Business Requirement Documents.
\n\tConduct and supervise group testing of complete applications and software.
\n\tIdentify and eliminate the factors within the applications that may pose a risk to the business.
\n\tMarket research and product development.
\n\tNew business ideas and improving current business work practices.
\n\tInvolvement in making user manuals for system applications.
\n\tWorking closely with our betting traders and ensuring we maintain the desired GGR margins and implementing measures and strategies to correct instances where this objective is not met.
\n\tDealing with all betting-related queries for clients.
\n\tAnalyze risk and fraud related to the product.
\n\tAnalyze the odds relevance and accuracy.
\n\tHighlighting high-risk or high-spend\/win clients.
\n\tDefining functionality required front and back end of SyX and mobisite\/web.
\n\tReport on product performance and metrics.
\n\tAssist with the completion of the BRD for integration and enhancements.
\n\tPerform testing on functionality and odds of all product releases.
\n\tKey link between Software Development and the business.
\n\tNegotiates commercials relating to the product.
\n\tCreates BRD through collaboration with Betting Product Owner.
\n\tPerform full-cycle testing of product functionality and odds .
\n\tDrive Marketing plans for the product within iBranch\/retail.
\n\tEnsure sufficient handover to Betting Product Owner before a \u00a0live release.
\n\tReview Contracts, looking for additional value or reduction in commercials .
\n\tSetting up strategic meetings with partners to grow figures, implement strategies, and add products.
\n\tDealing with compliance for GB approvals across all provinces<\/p>\n
