{"id":9776,"date":"2025-05-06T23:56:09","date_gmt":"2025-05-06T23:56:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/senior-information-technology-recruiter\/"},"modified":"2025-08-03T00:24:19","modified_gmt":"2025-08-03T00:24:19","slug":"senior-information-technology-recruiter","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/?post_type=job_listing&p=9776","title":{"rendered":"Senior Information Technology Recruiter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description:<\/p>\n<p>\tAs a Senior Recruiter, you will create and manage effective strategies and processes to identify, source, assess, and recommend the most qualified talent for Indsafri<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tManage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization&#8217;s talent acquisition goals.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build an effective recruitment pipeline.<br \/>\n\tMaintain a strong network of IT professionals and leverage various platforms for talent acquisition.<br \/>\n\tMust be customer focused and serve as an acquisition advisor<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and tolerance of ambiguity<br \/>\n\tAwareness of and sensitivity to influence and work successfully with diverse groups of people including senior leaders<br \/>\n\tTrack record of innovation in acquisition of senior-level talent, and building sustainable strategies to support the same is required<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>\t5+ years&#8217; experience in a full cycle recruiting role in a larger organization, with a strong emphasis in IT recruiting<br \/>\n\tMust be a &#8220;hunter&#8221;, ability to identify candidates with a specialized, often rare skill set.<br \/>\n\tStrong competency in cold calling, networking, innovative sourcing, and building talent communities within unique functional areas.
