Description
\nRESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tLiaise with suppliers and customers to receive, reconcile, and capture invoices
\n\tSet up remittances for paying creditors
\n\tManage day-to-day queries from customers and suppliers
\n\tLiaise with customers to send invoices and statements and follow up on payment
\n\tManagement of multiple creditor and debtor accounts to keep them up to date
\n\tWork with large volumes of data in excel for reconciliations and processing\u00a0
\n\tProcessing of month end virtual stock revenue, expenses and balance sheet accounts
\n\tPerforming commission calculations for month end processing
\n\tPerforming balance sheet reconciliations\u00a0
\n\tEnsure accurate presentation in the management accounts of virtual stock products
\n\tLiaise with the Tech and Product departments to troubleshoot problems and streamline processes
\n\tAssisting on ad hoc projects and investigations from manager
\n\tAssist in basic financial reporting and analysis
\n\tAssist with cashflows, forecast and budgeting processes.
\n\tReport financial insights to departmental leadership.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tFormal training in accounting
\n\t3 -5 years\u2019 experience in debtors, creditors and reconciliation
\n\tAdvanced Excel<\/p>\n
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE \/ TECHNICAL SKILLS:<\/p>\n
\tExposure to financial reporting and analysis\u00a0
\n\tKnowledge of SAGE (preferable)
\n\tKnowledge of accounting principles\u00a0<\/p>\n
