Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Team Development & Leadership:<\/p>\n
\tRecruit, train, and develop a team of sales representatives.
\n\tFoster a positive, productive, and goal-oriented sales culture.
\n\tSet clear team targets and monitor performance metrics regularly.<\/p>\n
Sales & Business Development:<\/p>\n
\tProactively build and maintain relationships with partners, community organisations, and relevant networks to create new sales channels.
\n\tIdentify and capitalise on new sales opportunities and market trends in the funeral insurance industry.
\n\tDevelop tailored sales strategies to reach various customer demographics.
\n\tPersonally engage in sales efforts to set an example and help close key deals.<\/p>\n
Operational Oversight:<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with marketing, underwriting, and customer service departments to ensure a seamless sales process and client satisfaction.
\n\tEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to funeral insurance.<\/p>\n

\tExperience in sales leadership, preferably in insurance, financial services, or related fields.
\n\tKnowledge or experience in funeral insurance is highly desirable.
