As a Travel Experience Designer, you will be responsible for:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tassisting agents to make their own bookings on the Travel Agent website, as well as book.\u00a0
\n\tcontributing with your expertise to achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction.\u00a0
\n\tYou will report to the Call Center Sales Team Leader and will be part of the Call center Sales team.
\n\tThis position is based in Gauteng, but you will work for the UK market – shifts are organized accordingly.<\/p>\n
Shifts are as follow:<\/p>\n
\tWinter shift: 10am to 7pm \/ 11am to 8pm (April \u2013 October)
\n\tSummer shift: 11am to 8pm \/ 12pm to 9pm (November \u2013 March)<\/p>\n
Saturdays:<\/p>\n
\tWinter shift: 10am to 6pm (April \u2013 October)
\n\tSummer shift: 11am to 7pm (November \u2013 March)
\n\tThe TED will work every alternate Saturday.
\n\tWhen you work on a Saturday, you will receive a day off in the week.<\/p>\n
Main missions:<\/p>\n
\tBe a key player in customer consideration
\n\tWelcome your client on the phone with a premium posture.\u00a0
\n\tCreate a personalized and lasting relationship with clients, proactively accompanying them throughout the sales process.
\n\tEnsure the follow-up and the satisfaction of Clients.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Create a customized travel experience<\/p>\n
\tCollect \/ understand expectations and motivations of Clients.\u00a0
\n\tMake recommendations to create a tailor-made trip.\u00a0
\n\tEnhance destinations, products and the Club Med experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Develop business activity<\/p>\n
\tDevelop your turnover by recruiting and retaining Clients as well as selling additional services.\u00a0
\n\tIdentify business opportunities of Clients (M & E, Partnership, Sponsorship, Influencer, Recommendation)\u00a0
\n\tUpdate and follow the commercial data (customer file, data catching, complaint tracking)\u00a0<\/p>\n
Skills and competencies we\u2019re looking for:<\/p>\n
Education level<\/p>\n
\tYou have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tGood knowledge of travel and the tourism industry\u00a0
\n\tExperience in a similar position and sector is mandatory.
\n\tMastery of sales technics and negotiation skills\u00a0
\n\tKnowledge of ski travel is a plus.
\n\tKnowledge of Amadeus is also a plus.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Languages<\/p>\n
\tYou speak and write fluently in English (mandatory).<\/p>\n
