Duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate closely with the marketing, content and design teams to conceptualise and create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand’s personality and values.
\n\tProduce high-quality designs for a wide range of materials, including but not limited to digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, presentations, websites and more.
\n\tMaintain and evolve our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
\n\tStay inspired and ahead of the curve by exploring new design trends and techniques to enhance our creative output.
\n\tConceptualise front-end designs and user interfaces for all digital platforms.
\n\tDesign and coding of HTML-compliant mailers and other online marketing pieces.
\n\tBring static designs to life using your video and motion graphics skills.<\/p>\n

Experience:<\/p>\n
\t3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (insurance or financial industry experience is a plus)
\n\tExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,\u00a0After Effects) and other design software.
\n\tExperienced and comfortable designing across formats, including static, digital and video.
\n\tStrong understanding of typography, colour theory and layout design.
\n\tExperience in effectively communicating design concepts and rationales to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
\n\tA strong portfolio that showcases your range of design projects.<\/p>\n
