Fleet Administration<\/p>\n
\tReconcile monthly billing and ensure accuracy.
\n\tCapture and update branch vehicle allocations.
\n\tDistribute billing schedules to branch managers for verification across various accounts.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of new vehicles, including tonnage, classification, and branch allocation.
\n\tEnsure timely updates and archiving of vehicle documents.
\n\tHandle vehicle movement updates before branch distributions.<\/p>\n
Fuel & Toll Card Management<\/p>\n
\tReconcile and distribute monthly fuel usage reports.
\n\tMonitor fuel discrepancies and ensure timely resolutions.
\n\tProcess orders for fuel cards, toll cards, and E-tags.
\n\tAddress issues related to declined fuel transactions.
\n\tConduct monthly fuel reconciliation and discrepancy investigations.<\/p>\n
Vehicle Compliance & Documentation<\/p>\n
\tCapture license renewals and ensure vehicle documentation is up to date.
\n\tCoordinate with finance and insurance providers for vehicle settlements, insurance claims, and documentation.
\n\tFacilitate the registration of new vehicles and allocation of registration numbers.
\n\tAssist with vehicle branding, tracking, and maintenance monitoring.<\/p>\n
Incident & Accident Management<\/p>\n
\tCapture and monitor incidents and accidents on the operational system.
\n\tEnsure all necessary documentation is submitted and filed correctly.
\n\tLiaise with insurers for claim payments and excess charge processing.<\/p>\n
System & Operational Management<\/p>\n
\tUpdate and maintain the vehicle management system, ensuring accuracy in fleet records.
\n\tProcess creditor transactions and perform monthly reconciliations.
\n\tGenerate and analyse fleet reports, monitoring vehicle performance and consumption trends.
\n\tAssist with fleet branding and operational transfers across branches.<\/p>\n
Business Development (National Sales Support)<\/p>\n
\tMaintain records for new sales team vehicles.
\n\tProcess requests for fuel cards and toll card activation.
\n\tAddress queries and provide feedback to ensure operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
Education & Experience<\/p>\n
\tMatric certificate (Grade 12) \u2013 minimum requirement.
\n\t2-3 years of general accounting experience.
\n\tExperience with Accpac or a similar accounting package.<\/p>\n
