\n\tConduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate certification solutions based on client operations and risk profile.
\n\tPrepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
\n\tMaintain regular client contact and ensure seamless handover to certification and audit teams.
\n\tSupport marketing and promotional activities for certification services.
\n\tMaintain accurate sales records and pipeline reporting.
\n\tCollaborate with the certification and technical teams to ensure feasibility and delivery of services.
\n\tStay up to date with relevant standards, market trends, and competitor offerings.
\n\tProvide input into strategic planning based on market feedback and client needs.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tTertiary qualification (minimum diploma or degree) in Food Technology, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or Business Administration.
\n\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 experience in implementing and\/or auditing management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSSC 22000).
\n\tExperience working in a team environment with exposure to client liaison.
\n\tAbility to identify and pursue business opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
\n\tExperience working under pressure and delivering on deadlines.
\n\tAdvantageous: prior experience in a sales or business development role within the certification or compliance sector.
\n\tOwn reliable car and valid drivers licence.
\n\tPreference will be given to employment equity candidates.<\/p>\n
