Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEstablish and maintain good relations with customers and suppliers.
\n\tProcess, handle, record and report specific customer needs.
\n\tHandle customer queries and complaints.
\n\tIdentify and report lost sales.
\n\tAssist in promotions, farmers days, demonstrations, and agricultural shows.
\n\tParticipate in the marketing of specific agent brands.
\n\tPerform counter sales.
\n\tProvide efficient after sales service in line with policies and procedures.
\n\tPromotes sales through telephonic sales, related part sales and exhibits.
\n\tIdentify and report lost sales.
\n\tComply with Health and Safety regulations.
\n\tKeep the workplace in a presentable condition.
\n\tMerchandise, Pack and Pick stock on shelves.
\n\tBuild exhibits.
\n\tPerform ongoing stock balancing, and participate in quarterly stock taking.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate
\n\tAt least 2 year relevant spares sales experience
\n\tTechnical knowledge of equipment and machinery
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and accountability in all aspects of the job.<\/p>\n
