Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tReceives and logs new social benefit funds applications.
\n\tEnsures all member data on the Mibco system is correct and valid.
\n\tValidates the application details.
\n\tEnsures that the employee\/employer is due for the benefit applied for.
\n\tAssesses applications in accordance to the funds rules and regulations.
\n\tVerifies the payment of the benefit due.
\n\tIssue application forms, tax certificates and benefit statements.
\n\tHandle client queries.
\n\tProvides customer services to members, establishments, service providers and parties via written and \/ or telephonic communication.
\n\tEnsures service levels and performance in customer administration is maintained in terms of the national Mibco Mission, Vision and Statements.
\n\tFiling of all provident fund claims that are not on ready to process status.
\n\tProcess provident fund claims that are on ready to process status.<\/p>\n
Knowledge\/Experience\/Skills\/Requirements<\/p>\n
\tVerbal and written communication skills
\n\tAbility to build strong effective relationships with all stakeholders, i.e. existing clients and potential clients\u00a0\u00a0 as well as internal stakeholders, i.e. colleagues and management
\n\tMust be a good team player and achieve objectives as set out by supervisor
\n\tMust be meticulous in carrying out tasks\/instructions etc.
\n\tMust have good interpersonal and low-level decision-making skills
\n\tMust have attention to details
\n\tAbove average administration skills required<\/p>\n

\tMatric (standard 10)
\n\tGeneral knowledge of benefit funds
\n\t1 year fund benefit processing\/ assessment experience will be an advantage
\n\tCustomer orientated behavior
\n\tComputer literate \u2013 Microsoft package (intermediate level) advantageous<\/p>\n
