Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all purchase invoices match to delivery notes\/GRN’s and are authorized as per approval limits policy
\n\tInvestigate variances between GRN’s and purchase invoices and ask approver to sign off on difference
\n\tPrepare payment batches ensuring that accounts payable are completely captured
\n\tMaintain supplier accounts and ensure invoices are processed to the correct GL accounts
\n\tReconcile GRN’s control account and prepare GRN report according to agreed format
\n\tKeep total list of creditors up to date
\n\tReconcile creditors to supplier statements
\n\tHandle internal and external creditor related queries
\n\tReconcile creditors to supplier statements

\n\tFollow up missing creditor statements<\/p>\n

\tGrade 12 qualification with Accounting<\/p>\n
What are we looking for<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 years of experience as a Creditors Clerk
\n\tSyspro experience is essential
\n\tStrong proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel
\n\tAbility to work with numbers and perform basic calculations
\n\tCapable o prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve objectives
\n\tAttention to detail to ensure accuracy in transactions and reconciliations
\n\tStrong problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies and supplier queries efficiently<\/p>\n
