\n\tActively participate as a member of the Management Team.
\n\tDevelop and manage all aspects of IT operations, business systems, and IT\u00a0infrastructure.
\n\tEstablish and maintain configuration management by identifying and\u00a0documenting the components of the environment and the relationships\u00a0between them.
\n\tWork with Department Managers regarding their reporting and ICT needs.
\n\tManage the IT Administrator and set priorities between implementation,\u00a0maintenance, and operations.
\n\tEnsure users operate computers within the IT policy and guidelines.<\/p>\n
Project Management<\/p>\n
\tRespond quickly to genuine business needs to deliver a sustainable business\u00a0advantage.
\n\tDeliver complete gap analysis covering both IT and commercial issues.
\n\tManage changes as a quantifiable and qualitative package.
\n\tFacilitate the introduction of new services through training, documentation,\u00a0and user groups.
\n\tSmoothly deploy reliable new services.
\n\tDeploy new services on time.<\/p>\n
System Maintenance<\/p>\n
\tMaintain the integrity of systems by ensuring applications and ICT\u00a0infrastructure is secure and not vulnerable to attack\/misuse.
\n\tEstablish and maintain an appropriate ICT disaster recovery capability and\u00a0business continuity plans.
\n\tEnsure Web performance and functionality are maintained and enhanced to\u00a0meet business needs.
\n\tAdminister the Windows Servers\/Apple Servers\/Print Server.
\n\tAdminister LAN\/WAN, VPN, and data communications architecture across\u00a0multiple sites.
\n\tEstablish and monitor Service Level Agreements.
\n\tOversee telecommunications.<\/p>\n

Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tA tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
\n\tMSCE or a relevant IT qualification.
\n\t7 Years of experience in the IT department.<\/p>\n
