\n\tThe successful candidates will be responsible for assisting the Regional Manager and Management Team to manage the Regional Office administrative functions and to provide liaison between Regional Management and branches. Perform all Regional Office administration and requirements.<\/p>\n

You Bring:<\/p>\n
\tA valid drivers\u2019 license
\n\t2-3 years’ administrative management experience
\n\tPeople management experience\u00a0
\n\tRelationship building experience\u00a0
\n\tRelevant product knowledge<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do For The Brand:<\/p>\n
\tManage all Value-Added Services (including but not limited to Betgames, Tote, LPMs, Ithuba, TUV) related issued in the region. Support and liaison between branches, regional management and Support Centre.
\n\tInvestigate all shortages and credit bet related activities on H.I.S and Syx in the region and report back to Regional Management.
\n\tAssign and monitor Receptionist, Housekeeper, Driver and Security (VIP) performance and responsibilities.
\n\tAllocate available resources to all Regional office Team members to enable successful task performance.
\n\tCo-ordinate between Regional Office Team members and branches in case there is an event that needs the regional total participation, including assisting the Marketing Manager as requested.
\n\tDesign and Implement office policies and procedures as required by Regional Team\u2019
\n\tCo-ordinate and schedule appointments and bookings of Boardroom and Meeting rooms.
\n\tManage travel arrangements and accommodation for all Retail requirements.
\n\tCo-ordinate meetings\/events and take meeting minutes. This includes quarterly Regional Office Meetings.
\n\tOrder, monitor and allocate Retail office stock.
\n\tManage office discipline and advise Regional Manager of poor Team Members behavior.
\n\tIdentify physical needs for the Regional Office and make recommendations to Regional Manager.
\n\tAssist Regional Management to manage the Retail branch printers and minimize printer downtime.
\n\tImplement and action Adhoc administrative tasks as requested by Regional Manager.<\/p>\n
