RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:<\/p>\n
\tPositively uphold the AVBOB brand at all times.
\n\tArrangement and execution of funerals in line with AVBOB standards and client\u2019s needs.
\n\tUpholding high levels of customer services to AVBOB clients
\n\tOperational management of the branch.
\n\tManagement of the AVBOB funeral branch in line with the legislative requirements.
\n\tManagement of infrastructure (buildings, fleet, operational equipment, etc.) in line with the set AVBOB standards.
\n\tManagement of AVBOB stakeholders (internal and external).
\n\tManagement training and development of branch staff.
\n\tBusiness focus and drive to achieve business deliverables.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:<\/p>\n
\tRelevant business related post-matric qualification.
\n\tComputer literacy.<\/p>\n
SKILS \u00a0REQUIRED \u00a0FOR \u00a0THE \u00a0POSITION:<\/p>\n
\tBusiness acumen (operational, sales, marketing and customer service).
\n\tPeople management skills.
\n\tBusiness and functional experience in the funeral industry will be an advantage.
\n\tGood financial management experience will be a definite advantage.<\/p>\n
OTHER REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:<\/p>\n
\tCompliance with FAIS legislation for registration as fit and proper individuals.
\n\tClear criminal and credit record (ITC).<\/p>\n
