SAP to manage the sales processes end to end.<br \/>\n\tCompile the quarterly reviews and negotiation documentation, on client history in preparation for reviews or negotiations.<br \/>\n\tPlanning and Optimisation for clients upon request on available industry related planning and buying tools.<br \/>\n\tProvide feedback to Senior Management &amp; Client monthly with regards to tracking of commitments<br \/>\n\tUpdate clients through proposals and presentations regarding opportunities.<br \/>\n\tFollow up on all correspondence from clients and adherence to deadlines.<br \/>\n\tCompile all Submissions and Term Sheets within respective portfolios as well as manage the long form contract process.<br \/>\n\tUpdate electronic contracts register\/commitment book monthly.<br \/>\n\tSound administration as well as weekly and monthly status reporting.<br \/>\n\tConduct a minimum number of client visits as agreed with respective line Manager<br \/>\n\tDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients.<br \/>\n\tMaintain after sales service by following up to ensure client satisfaction and future business within an agreed time frame directed by senior management.<br \/>\n\tPrepare the Deal Evaluation, business case and secure approval.<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS AND\u00a0EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n<p>\tA relevant degree or diploma (NQF 6\/7), (Sales\/ Communication\/ Marketing\/other relevant preferable); and\/ or<br \/>\n\tSupplementary Media, Digital, Sales, and other relevant training courses and certificates; and<br \/>\n\t6-8 years of sales\/ sales management experience, (media sales preferable)<br \/>\n\tProven track record in media sales<br \/>\n\tKnowledge and experience in integrated \/ digital sales solutions would be advantageous.<br \/>\n\tValid driver\u2019s license &amp;
