\n\tInvestigate all stock losses and adjustments.
\n\tCompile and submit relevant reports and statistics to Senior Management on a daily, weekly \/ monthly basis.
\n\tAssist in the preparation of and control of direct expenses budget by investigating variances with a focus on overtime and other variable costs {stock losses}
\n\tEnsure accurate inventory administration of all aspects of the warehouse.
\n\tFull responsibility of \u00a0stock take i.e. Planning, preparation and physical counting of stock
\n\tEnsure Maintenance of product traceability
\n\tEstablish control system for maintenance of stock
\n\tMaintain appropriate information \/ reporting systems to monitor Depot performance on an ongoing basis<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tEducated to university degree level or equivalent professional qualifications in conjunction with relevant experience\u00a0
\n\t3-5 years experience of working in Warehouse\/Logistics environment
\n\t2-3 years experience in a managerial role
\n\tKnowledge of logistics market trends, opportunities and challenges
\n\tCommercial breadth, i.e. general management experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tSound knowledge and understanding of a PC and the inherent controls. Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, Power Point and SAP.
\n\tGood understanding of distribution and transport methods<\/p>\n
