{"id":9998,"date":"2025-05-07T16:00:19","date_gmt":"2025-05-07T16:00:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/revenue-growth-manager-public-affairs-manager-swc\/"},"modified":"2025-08-08T00:24:20","modified_gmt":"2025-08-08T00:24:20","slug":"revenue-growth-manager-public-affairs-manager-swc","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/?post_type=job_listing&p=9998","title":{"rendered":"Revenue Growth Manager \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Public Affairs Manager SWC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Revenue Growth Strategy:<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and execute regional and channel-specific Revenue Growth Management strategies aimed at maximizing Diageo\u2019s revenue potential, including pricing, trade promotions, and discount structures.<br \/>\n\tDrive revenue optimization through strategic initiatives such as Net Sales per litre (NSV\/eu) growth, improving margin contribution, and enhancing product mix.<br \/>\n\tPartner with the sales and commercial teams to ensure alignment of channel strategies and ensure that Diageo\u2019s products are competitively positioned in the market.<\/p>\n<p>Data Analysis &amp; Insights:<\/p>\n<p>\tAnalyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to uncover opportunities for price optimisation and promotional effectiveness.<br \/>\n\tDevelop data-driven insights and reports to track revenue performance, identify areas of growth, and recommend action plans for continuous improvement.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the finance and analytics teams to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives and refine forecasts.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Marketing &amp; Promotions:<\/p>\n<p>\tWork closely with Customer Marketing and Sales teams to develop, implement, and evaluate promotional strategies that enhance trade partner engagement, drive volume growth, and increase Diageo\u2019s market share.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that trade promotions are aligned with the broader business strategy and are tracked for effectiveness, using metrics such as ROI, incremental sales, and brand performance.<br \/>\n\tLead the development of channel-specific promotional plans and optimise the trade spend to ensure maximum return on investment.<\/p>\n<p>Cross-Functional Collaboration:<\/p>\n<p>\tPartner with the Marketing team to align brand growth strategies with revenue objectives and optimize integrated marketing and commercial plans.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure optimal product availability and timely execution of pricing and promotional strategies in the market.<br \/>\n\tWork with the Digital team to explore e-commerce growth opportunities and digital engagement strategies.<\/p>\n<p>Business Development &amp; Forecasting:<\/p>\n<p>\tDrive accurate revenue forecasting by collaborating with sales, finance, and other key stakeholders to align on future business trends, seasonal demand, and strategic priorities.<br \/>\n\tRegularly update senior management on revenue performance, emerging opportunities, and challenges.<br \/>\n\tContribute to long-term business planning by identifying growth opportunities within existing and new channels.<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder Management:<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure alignment on revenue growth initiatives.<br \/>\n\tEngage with external stakeholders, such as customers and distributors, to ensure Diageo\u2019s offerings are positioned optimally and to gather feedback on performance.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>\tEducation: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
