\nJob Summary:
\nIdentify prospective Banking customers from (Local Corporates Companies, Small and Medium Enterprises firms, NGO\u2019s, Various Institutions and Social Groups) for the purpose of Onboarding them to be Ecobank customers.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nBusiness Performance:
\n\u2022 Represent the Bank and act as first point of contact in the selected market. Record and report client enquiries and complaints or any relevant market feedback to the responsible Bank Officer.
\n\u2022 Keep and submit accurate sales records to responsible Bank Officer to enable payment of commission.
\n\u2022 Ensure Bank\u2019s procedures on account opening and KYC\/AML and Agent Banking
\nguidelines are strictly followed.
\n\u2022 Comply with the Bank\u2019s code of conduct and laws of the country in execution of your duties.
\n\u2022 Selling of POS and QR code\/ Tan QR activation for all eligible customers
\n\u2022 Selling of bancassurance to eligible customers (IPF and Cash premium payments).
\n\u2022 Facilitate opening of all type of CMB accounts on behalf of the bank<\/p>\n
Qualification & Experience:
\n\u2022 Educational Background: Bachelor\u2019s degree in any Business related field of Study Professional Experience: 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management from Banking or Telecommunication industry
