\n2. Job Summary:
\nIn this position, responsible for individual sales branch to ensure efficiency, profitability and success. Also responsible for hiring & training of staff members. Ensure customer satisfaction, be responsible for operations & profitability and overall supervision of the branch.
\n3. Duties and Responsibilities:
\nPlanning:
\nOwns development of monthly demand plan for the branch.
\nDrives collection and reporting of required current and historical branch sales to support category and channel logistics.
\nDrives sales target- setting for on- ground sales and conducts periodic reviews.
\nLeads and reviews branch sales force productivity to meet values and volume targets.
\nManages branch budget.
\nSales:
\nTarget Achievement by Branch & Sales Team.
\nDaily Meeting of Sales Review & Planning.
\nEnsure proper Time Management & Time Keeping by Sales Team.
\nEnsure proper selling plan by Sales Team and that they meet the daily\/monthly selling target.
\nPlan & Schedule Route visits.
\nEnsure that collections for Cash \/ Credit Sales are received by EOD\/End of Credit Period.
\nEnsure all Sales Team provide continuous \/ frequent service to all customers\/retailers\/wholesalers.
\nEnsure proper Rack Share for all products.
\nLearn market trends & report to management.
\nUnderstand Market Share, Marketing Strategies, Pricing Patterns, Placement of competitor\u2019s products.
\nEnsure that all Sales Team Maintain good Customer Relations.
\nPlan & Execute promotional activities in coordination with Marketing Team.
\nOperations:
\nEnsure & Maintain proper stock products at branch warehouse.
\nEnsure proper stock management by Sales Team & Vehicles.
\nOwns general administration for the branch
\nFinance & Accounts:
\n100% full accountability on ensuring all Approved credits are well controlled and Managed.
\nEnsure all Income & Expenses are accounted properly into the system.
\nEnsure all Manual Registers pertaining to Accounts are maintained properly.
\nEnsure all Cash & Credit balances of parties are cleared well in advance.
\nEnsure all Cash Income received the previous sales day is deposited at the nearest bank.

\n4. Educational and Experience Requirements:
\nMasters or Bachelor\u2019s degree in business financial, business administration, or relevant field.

\nCommercial and financial acumen with a full understanding of the impact of failure in terms of business cost and other important factors.
\nIn-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry.
