They will strengthen our international change management capability through subject matter expertise and relationship building.<br \/>\nThis individual will be responsible for serving as a Change Manager on key projects\/initiatives, as well as promoting the growth of global change capabilities. They will serve as a trusted partner in change management for Compassion\u2019s global workforce and partners, advocating for change awareness, adoption, and retention.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nWhat will you do?<\/p>\n<p>Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintaining a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully uphold Compassion\u2019s ministry in prayer.<br \/>\nAct as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children. Understand Christ\u2019s mandate to protect children. Commit to and prioritizes child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks and activities across the ministry. Abide by all behavioral expectations in Compassion\u2019s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Report any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion\u2019s internal reporting process and appropriately support responses to incidents if they occur.<br \/>\nUphold and engage in Compassion\u2019s core\u00a0Cultural Behaviors.<br \/>\nTake coaching and guidance from a Sr. Change Manager to increase personal knowledge of effective Change Management methodologies, including specific focus on Compassion\u2019s AGAPE model.<br \/>\nPartner with the Sr. Change Manager to build change capabilities, including methodology and process including project members, stakeholders, Compassion leadership, and other change agents.<br \/>\nListen to and build trusted relationships that \u201cbridge\u201d the US-based and international neighbours.<br \/>\nPartner with Project Managers to ensure the integration of Change Management with project planning, execution, and reporting. This includes utilizing and refining Compassion\u2019s internal change management methodology and tools, working with key stakeholders, and helping to integrate across other projects as appropriate.<br \/>\nLeverage in-depth knowledge of sound change managements practices to successfully develop a case for change, analyze and manage stakeholders, plan and communicate engagements, analyze impact, assess organizational readiness, and align the organization around key projects and initiatives.<br \/>\n\u00a0Listen to and anticipate stakeholder needs and points of resistance, seeking opportunities to develop trusted relationships and solutions that enable effective and efficient delivery of enterprise initiatives.<br \/>\nPartner closely with Project Management, Communications, and Learning Services (Training) to define, refine, and deliver an integrated experience across major strategic initiatives.<br \/>\nBring cross-cultural insight from Compassion\u2019s global workforce and partners, through a strong partnership and collaboration with key stakeholders in each area and region.<br \/>\nServe as a thought leader and act proactively to anticipate\/mitigate risks.<br \/>\nWork with the key stakeholders to create and continuously improve a solid Compassion change management methodology.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nWhat do you bring?<\/p>\n<p>Global perspective into Compassion\u2019s Change Management methodology, tools, and practices<br \/>\n5+ years progressively responsible experience with a combination of business change, process improvement, communications, and\/or project oversight experience<br \/>\n10+ years of professional work experience<br \/>\nWillingness to flex to accommodate global partnerships<br \/>\nAbility to overlap standard United State Mountain Time working hours (8am-5pm) by approximately 3-4 hours as a daily average<br \/>\nSkilled at cross-cultural interactions and relationships<br \/>\nYou demonstrate leadership by leading through influence and collaboration, understanding the impact of change initiatives on work capacity and staff, and demonstrate cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity<br \/>\nYou value your relationship with Jesus Christ above all, and you reflect your discipleship as a staff member and leader<br \/>\nYou bring a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy and integrity to your work and your management of others<br \/>\nFull proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)<br \/>\nFluency in English required<br \/>\nRelevant CM certification preferred (CCMP, PROSCI, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nWhy work here?<\/p>\n<p>The mission:\u00a0Join a team that is motivated to release children from poverty in Jesus\u2019 name.<br \/>\nOur benefits: Receive generous paid time off, 10% contribution to a 403(b) retirement fund on top of your salary, excellent healthcare coverage, free short-term professional counseling, and\u00a0more.<br \/>\nSpiritual growth:\u00a0Participate in regular chapel services, prayer groups, and department devotionals.<\/p>\n<p>* This position is open to candidates based in Africa or Latin America.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
