Role purpose:\u00a0
\n\u2022Ensure the successful delivery of technical programs and projects, align them with business objectives, and drive overall efficiency and effectiveness within an organization
\n\u2022Ensure that complex technical projects are delivered efficiently on time, and within budget, while meeting the strategic goals and objectives of the group.
\n\u2022Network CAPEX & OPEX budget planning and execution through implementation of cost optimization initiatives, effective program management and commercially driven network investment for maximization of financial returns.
\nKey accountabilities and decision ownership :\u00a0
\n\u2022Project Delivery: Managing and delivering multiple, often simultaneous, technology projects from inception to completion.
\n\u2022Strategic Delivery: Ensuring that technology projects align with the organization\u2019s strategic goals and contribute to its overall success.
\n\u2022Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitating collaboration and reporting among different teams and stakeholders including partners, business units and senior management to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
\n\u2022Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project stability
\n\u2022Resource Management: Efficiently managing resources, including time, budget, and personnel, to optimize project outcomes.
\n\u2022Quality Assurance: Ensuring that deliverables meet the required quality standards and are fit for purpose.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022Advanced knowledge of telecommunications network & service architecture, trends and evolution
\n\u2022Project management
\n\u2022At least 5 years\u2019 experience in Telecommunications or Technology Operations Management Inclusive of at least 3 years leadership\/supervisory experience.
\n\u2022Proven experience of working with multiple suppliers \/ vendors \/ partners
\n\u2022Proven experience of working in complex regulatory environment
\n\u2022IT background provides an added advantage
\n\u2022End-to-end knowledge of Network Engineering processes.<\/p>\n
