Performing routine maintenance tasks on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
\nTroubleshooting electrical malfunctions and implementing effective solutions to minimize production downtime.
\nConducting preventive maintenance inspections on electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
\nInstalling, repairing, and maintaining electrical components such as motors, switches, sensors, and control panels.
\nCollaborating with other departments to identify electrical needs and requirements for new projects or upgrades.
\nAttend PM activities at MCL, CRM, CCL when required during SSD
\nEnsuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols while performing electrical maintenance and repair tasks.
\nExecute planned PM for SSD (scheduled shut down)
\nEnsure safety measure and switch gear safety test are done as required.
\nAssist in monitoring and maintenance of substation includes recording of meter reading.
\nAttend promptly to machine breakdowns
\nDocumenting maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.
\nParticipating in training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in electrical maintenance.<\/p>\n
Report all accidents and near misses and ensure compliance to EHS<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
\nProven experience working as an Electrical Technician in a manufacturing environment.
\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and principles.
\nProficiency in troubleshooting electrical malfunctions and implementing effective solutions.
\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team.
\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments
\nWillingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed.<\/p>\n
