About the role
\nBurn is looking for an Agent Care Team Coordinator to join our Electric team in Tanzania.
\nDuties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Training and Development:
\nDevelop and implement comprehensive training programs for agent care officers to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with the company\u2019s strategic goals.
\nCollaborate with training teams to continuously evaluate sales agent training needs, address skill gaps, ensure adherence to SOPs, and monitor performance to maintain compliance and operational effectiveness.
\nOperations Management:
\nOversee and manage all aspects of agent care officers\u2019 operations, including effective team management.
\nOversee recruitment, training, and onboarding of sales agents & ACT officers
\nEnsure correct agent mapping and zoning based on approved criteria and SOM
\nConfirm and verify field team commission payments and ensure timely payment
\nAddress field challenges and support agents in improving performance<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Budget Requirements:
\nManage the agent care team\u2019s budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize performance and meet business demands.<\/p>\n
Business Development:
\nWork closely with management to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and agent satisfaction.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Reporting:
\nProvide feedback to senior management on initiatives derived from sales agents\u2019 feedback.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Escalation management:
\nOversee and manage escalations from sales agents regarding performance-impacting issues
\nProactively identify root causes and implement strategic improvements to prevent future issues.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Feedback and Escalation Management:
\nGather feedback from sales agents and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.<\/p>\n
Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
Essential: 4+ years of Agent management\/ Agent support with medium-level management experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector or clean cooking.
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree from University
\nSolid understanding of performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
\nExperience in business development, sales strategy, or process optimization.
\nSales or operations data analysis and reporting experience
\nExperience in sales support is a plus.<\/p>\n
