The role involves collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring effective program implementation to drive better health outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<br \/>\n\u2022 At least a degree in medicine, public health, sociology, or related field<br \/>\n\u2022 Related work experience of not less than 3 years in program management and overseeing health programs or health initiatives.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.<br \/>\n\u2022 Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex program environments<br \/>\n\u2022 Understanding of healthcare delivery systems, community health, health policies, particularly in the Zanzibar context<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
