Achieve a cost\/income ratio in branch.<\/p>\n<p>Relationship Management &amp; Customer Service:<\/p>\n<p>Deliver on customer service standards, acquisition and client satisfaction levels, retention of high performing clients and growing share of wallet as per target market.<\/p>\n<p>People Management:<\/p>\n<p>Build and develop a high-performing team by driving performance development and coaching to achieve productivity and efficiency<\/p>\n<p>Process, Controls and Operation Performance:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Ensure compliance with operations risk.<br \/>\nComplies with branch layout standards, KYC, operating &amp; risk policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Qualification &amp; Experience:<\/p>\n<p>Educational Background: A Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree Banking or Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other related fields of study.<br \/>\nProfessional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in relationship management and<br \/>\nbranch operations.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
