Identify and resolve under utilization by contacting customers to<br \/>\ndetermine the reasons and escalating service issues .<br \/>\n\u2022 Customer retention, maximizing benefit from customers through cross-selling<br \/>\nrelevant I&amp;M Bank products in the segment.<br \/>\nClassification: Public<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities\/Tasks<br \/>\n\u2022 Organize\/propose quarterly events for customers within the region for more effective<br \/>\nengagement and relationship enhancement in order to improve the I&amp;M Bank brand<br \/>\nimage in the market.<br \/>\nCUSTOMER SERVICE<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure quality of service in the portfolio and management of customer expectations<br \/>\nthrough effective queries, complaint, and correspondence handling in a timely<br \/>\nmanner as per service operating standards.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct initial screening interviews with prospective clients and maintain familiarity<br \/>\nwith customers\u2019 relevant documents.<br \/>\nRISK AND CONTROL<br \/>\nManage risk and control effectively by applying applicable risk frameworks and<br \/>\nembedding a positive risk culture.<br \/>\n\u2022 Understanding of own role in the end to end processes in which you play a part,<br \/>\nincluding applicable risks and controls.<br \/>\n\u2022 Adhere to I&amp;M Bank policies and procedures applicable to own role, demonstrating<br \/>\nsound judgment and responsible risk management.<br \/>\n\u2022 Report all risk events \/ incidents \/ issues using the defined process for your business<br \/>\narea and help to understand why these happened and how to prevent them in future.<br \/>\nProactively look for ways to improve the control environment by considering what<br \/>\ncould go wrong in the processes you operate and how errors could be prevented.<br \/>\n\u2022 Continuous and proactive engagement with regulatory bodies, unions where applicable<br \/>\n\u2022 All mandatory training completed to deadline.<br \/>\nSTAFF MANAGEMENT<br \/>\n\u2022 Achieve agreed sales targets for new accounts, cards, assets and liabilities through a<br \/>\nproactive calling program.<br \/>\n\u2022 Guide and coach other bank employees (personal bankers and customer service<br \/>\nOfficers) on how to handle Select Banking clients.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure an effective call program is maintained on all allocated relationships and<br \/>\nprospects. The calls should be recorded and filed.<br \/>\n\u2022 Keep abreast of the rapid pace of product\/service development, suggest possible best<br \/>\nsolutions for improving offerings to Select banking clients.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage Portfolio movement reports, revenue per customer and take action on any<br \/>\nabnormalities observed.<br \/>\n\u2022 Review reports from branches indicating income levels of existing personal banking<br \/>\nclients and identify names that could be migrated to select banking.<br \/>\nSkills, Knowledge and Abilities<br \/>\n\u2022 Thorough knowledge of bank products, operations, regulations, and specific markets<br \/>\nfor Select Banking clients<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with<br \/>\nhigh-net-worth individuals.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth<br \/>\nmanagement services.<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrated experience in managing investment portfolios and providing<br \/>\npersonalized financial advice.<br \/>\n\u2022 Understanding of financial regulations and compliance in the private banking sector.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to work under pressure and manage complex client needs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong negotiation skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Effective Client relationship management<br \/>\n\u2022 Decision making skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to strategize and interpret long term business plans.<br \/>\n\u2022 Some knowledge of competitor offerings in the high-net worth segment.<br \/>\nAcademic \/ Professional Qualifications<br \/>\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. A master\u2019s<br \/>\ndegree or professional certifications (CFA, CFP) is a plus<br \/>\nWorking Experience Required<br \/>\n\u2022 5 years banking\/ service experience, preferably dealing with high net-worth individuals<br \/>\nin a portfolio context.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong sales background.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experienced in upholding the highest levels of service.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
