\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Collaborating with management, departments and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications
\nAnalyze the needs of TMHS for the required application
\nDesign, test and develop the software\/application to meet those needs
\nRecommend upgrades for existing systems and programs
\nDevelop separate elements of a software or application that work well in the program as a whole
\nEnsure continued functionality of a program during maintenance and testing of software
\nDocument each aspect of a system or application as a reference for future upgrades and maintenance
\nDesigning algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems
\nProducing efficient and elegant code based on requirements
\nTesting and deploying programs and applications
\nTroubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software
\nCompiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance
\nObserving user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products
\nDeveloping technical documentation to guide future software development projects
\nEnsure that all developed system\/application are secured all the time<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in software engineering, computer science or another related field.
\n3 years proven experience working as IT
\nMust be a Tanzanian
\nMust be fluent in writing and speaking English language
\nMust have managerial skills
\nApplicants should have a high level of discipline, communicative and interpersonal skills, analytical, innovative problem-solving skills and time-managing skills<\/p>\n
