All this in addition to a brilliant opportunity to build a career in your field of expertise, across our different operating companies in Africa.<br \/>\nAirtel Africa is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and remain fully committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<br \/>\n1.Channel Management<br \/>\nManage direct sales channels for the sale<br \/>\nEnsure recharge availability for the 5G &amp; Fixed Wireless Access devices (FWA) within assigned demarcation(s).<br \/>\nIdentify and formulate sales strategies to help drive gross addition device sales for the region<br \/>\n2.Sales and Distribution<br \/>\nDrive EBB Business distribution,<br \/>\nDrive FWA and FTTx sales to ensure sales targets are met<br \/>\nEnsure installation SLAs FWA &amp; FTTx are met within assigned geographical demarcation.<br \/>\nCollaborate with sales supervisors and cross functional leaders and peers to develop sales targets and strategies in to drive sales in assigned market or area<br \/>\nEnsure regional outlets are productive<br \/>\n3.Customer Complaint Resolution<br \/>\nResolve customer complaints in collaboration with relevant stakeholders where applicable<br \/>\nAddress staffing or manpower problems and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.<br \/>\n4.Customer Prospects<br \/>\nConduct Customer prospects directly or indirectly through team members, potential customers and other sales leads.<br \/>\nConsult with potential customers to understand their needs, Identify and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs and share with relevant business leaders<br \/>\n5.Trade Execution and Compliance<br \/>\nEnsure adherence to compliance requirements of sales processes, policies and recovery of devices from noncompliant customers.<br \/>\nSupervise health of device acquisitions and compliance on activations,<br \/>\nImplement and execute sales plans as per plan first time right<br \/>\nImplement agreed sales plans through timely monitoring and corrective action to drive desired business results<br \/>\n6.Team Engagement and development<br \/>\nProvide or facilitate ongoing training, motivation, and development of sales supervisors, Direct Sales Executives team to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained<br \/>\nContinuously motivate the frontline employees through leadership by example<br \/>\nImplement all action plans that will address hygiene issues etc. from employee feedback meetings or surveys<br \/>\nPerform any other duties as assigned from time to time<br \/>\nQualifications<br \/>\nBachelor of Business Administration or any equivalent qualification.<br \/>\nMinimum 4 years\u2019 experience in sales in Corporate &amp; SME<br \/>\n2 years of in-depth Sales and Marketing experience in the telecom\/Devices selling\/Corporate Sales\/ Satellite TV industries or other related fields.<br \/>\nwith at least 2 years at middle management level handling independent businesses<br \/>\nCategory Understanding \u2013 Understanding the competition landscape within the OPCO \u2013 players, the market size, regulations, technologies used devices offered, spectrum used etc.<br \/>\nTechnology Understanding: Needs to understand solutions across HBB Products &amp; Services.
