Good Neighbors Tanzania, a non-governmental organization established in 2005 to support vulnerable populations, especially children, operates in several regions of Tanzania with its head office in Dar es Salaam. The organization has contracted Nathanai Security Company Limited\u2014a registered security firm since 2019\u2014for office security services. Together, they are now seeking a qualified and experienced independent investigator (firm or individual) for a short-term investigative consultancy service.
\nQualification and Skills
\nA qualified investigator will possess a combination of technical skills, relevant experience, and ethical standards necessary for investigating sensitive matters like theft and security.
\nA qualified investigator shall be a firm or individual expert.
\nEducation Background
\nTeam leader of the firm or individual expert should possess
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Security Management, or a related field.
\nFor more specialized roles, a Master\u2019s Degree in a relevant field (such as Criminology or Security Studies) may be advantageous.
\nProfessional Certifications
\nCertified Fraud Examiner or Certified Forensic Investigator or any other related certification
\nExperience
\nPrevious Experience in Investigations: At least 3-5 years of experience in conducting investigations, especially in security-related incidents
\nSecurity Tools:
\nKnowledge of security technologies like CCTV systems, alarm systems and associated legal frameworks etc.
\nDigital Forensics: Ability to use technology in conducting forensic tracking for evidences and recovery
