{"id":1300,"date":"2025-04-17T08:02:07","date_gmt":"2025-04-17T08:02:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/tanzania\/job\/relationship-officer-ecosystem-digital-lending-at-equity-bank\/"},"modified":"2025-07-16T00:50:08","modified_gmt":"2025-07-16T00:50:08","slug":"relationship-officer-ecosystem-digital-lending-at-equity-bank","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/tanzania\/?post_type=job_listing&p=1300","title":{"rendered":"Relationship Officer Ecosystem &amp; Digital Lending at Equity Bank"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>GENERAL:<br \/>\nJob Title: Relationship Officer \u2013 Ecosystem &amp; Digital Lending<br \/>\nDepartment\/ Division: Digital Lending<br \/>\nNumber of Vacancies: 1<br \/>\nBASIC PURPOSE:<br \/>\n\u2022 To Drive and implement Ecosystem banking solution in the distribution ecosystems industry and position the bank as the 1st and efficient financial institution offering the solution.<br \/>\n\u2022 Drive and implement a convergence of payments solutions within the bank and the various banking platforms to the recruited Ecosystem.<br \/>\n\u2022 To link Retail, MSMEs and Corporates to effective and affordable collection solutions and drive Liabilities and assets for the bank.<br \/>\n\u2022 To Drive the branch digital lending portfolio both retails, MSME, agency, Merchant<br \/>\n\u2022 Ecosystem deposit mobilization, customer onboarding and growth of digital lending portfolio<br \/>\nMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<br \/>\n\u2022 Initiate, follow and build strong business relationships with the distribution ecosystems to drive value with assigned Anchor(s).<br \/>\n\u2022 To mobilize Liabilities and increase the retention in line with the Ecosystem annual targets through distributors and their ecosystem collections.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure accurate capture of deposit from all borrowing customers under the digital lending value chain and the Ecosystem.<br \/>\n\u2022 Create Ecosystem &amp; Digital lending product awareness in the market recruit, train and maintain close business value relationship with all the clients under the assigned portfolio.<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for ensuring digital product and account usage with the recruited clients.<br \/>\n\u2022 Training customers at the branch on the digital products and self-onboarding to the access of the digital loans<br \/>\n\u2022 Digitize all the Ecosystem value chain customers and other segment customers that fall under digital lending &amp; innovation.<br \/>\n\u2022 Initiate, collect and submit all digital lending financing application forms after verifying all documents are attached and valid.<br \/>\n\u2022 Custodian of all digital lending files at the branch to ensure compliance and proper KYC<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor loans given under digital lending to ensure installment are paid on due and endure a high portfolio quality<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage early arrears through daily repayment tracking, issuance of demand notices, security placement request, recovery visitations, facility restructuring and follow-up on client promises.<br \/>\n\u2022 Issue demands and daily repayment Follow up to ensure full recovery.<br \/>\n\u2022 Suspend the customer from accessing the digital facility on another circle.<br \/>\n\u2022 To promote product knowledge and conduct product training in the branch\/branches assigned.<br \/>\n\u2022 To ensure 100% compliance to bank policies and procedures in all cashless onboarding.<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible in Growing and maintaining the Ecosystem &amp; digital lending portfolio as assigned, give Daily, weekly, Bi-weekly and monthly performance reports and ensure accuracy of the same.<br \/>\n\u2022 Create, maintain and grow a high synergy between the Ecosystem financing and the Agency Team in the branch for market support and distributor to Agency Mapping.<br \/>\n\u2022 Present the weekly report to the H\/O assistant manager for discussion.<br \/>\n\u2022 Cross selling of other bank products and services to existing and potential customers<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.<br \/>\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:<br \/>\nKnowledge<br \/>\n\u2022 Technology &amp; Digital Lending<br \/>\n\u2022 Cross selling<br \/>\n\u2022 Relationship Management<br \/>\n\u2022 Negotiation Skills<br \/>\nSkills<br \/>\n\u2022 Effective listening skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Good communication skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 High level on integrity<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent in time management.<br \/>\nQualifications<br \/>\n\u2022 Business related degree from a recognized University.<br \/>\nWork Experience<br \/>\n\u2022 2 year\u2019s working experience in the Banking sector.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
