Position: HR\u00a0Coordinator\/HR Executive

\nJob Purpose:
\nThe HR Coordinator supports the HR department in implementing and managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, policy enforcement, training, and performance management to ensure smooth operations and compliance with organizational goals and labor regulations.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Recruitment & Onboarding
\nAssist in posting job ads and screening candidates.
\nCoordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.
\nPrepare onboarding documents and schedule new hire orientations.
\nMaintain updated records of new hires.
\nHR Administration
\nRecruitment services<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
\nAssist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
\nTrack employee attendance, leaves, and contract renewals.
\nFile and manage confidential HR documents.<\/p>\n
Employee Support<\/p>\n
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures.
\nHelp coordinate employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
\nSupport with handling disciplinary or grievance procedures as needed.<\/p>\n
Training & Development<\/p>\n
Help maintain training records and calendars.
\nCoordinate logistics for internal and external training programs.<\/p>\n
Compliance & Policies<\/p>\n
Ensure HR practices comply with legal and organizational standards.
\nAssist with audits and updating HR policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
HR Systems<\/p>\n
Support the implementation and use of HR software systems.
\nEnsure data accuracy and timely updates in HRIS\/payroll systems.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
\n2\u20134 years of experience in a similar HR role.
\nGood knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS).<\/p>\n
